business philosophy of M. Kotler Realty, was inspired by the vision
of Meyer Kotler, founder of our company, who in 1973 brought to
the real estate market his idea of enhanced personal service and
customer care, together with knowledgeable and prompt real estate
services; to make the experience of home seekers and sellers an
expeditious and positive event.
Mr. Kotler identified early the value of coastline property as prime in the development of the South Florida residential and commercial real estate markets, and so over the years his family invested in property throughout South Florida, thus developing a keen market knowledge of all the areas neighboring Surfside and Miami Beach, throughout their bordering cities and boroughs. Meyer Kotler’s expertise, philosophy and knowledge of the South Florida real estate market were passed on to his children, who continued their father’s values and inspiring ideas, professionals that thrive in making of the buying and selling of real estate on behalf of clients, an art.
